Kluger Customs Agency was established in 2016 in Biała Podlaska. Shortly after its establishment, we received permission to use the simplified procedure as an intermediate representative. This allows us to place goods under the transit procedure using the TIR Carnet in the NCTS-2 system using the stamp “TIR-authorized consignor” as well as the export procedure. In 2019, we opened the second office of our agency.
